How long does my order take to ship?

It is our intent to get products to the delivery company within a few days of receiving an order (and it will likely often be within 24 hours). Based on their websites, it appears that most of the ground service options we support will arrive 1 to 4 days after we hand them off, for most of the continental US.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we simply have not investigated the possibility. If you have a special interest in this, contact us and we will investigate what it would take.

What is your return policy? 

Our flags are manufactured with US-sourced steel. We work with a high quality manufacturing company and high quality powder coating company. The greatest care has been taken to inspect all parts and to assemble the flag in top quality condition. We worked with a professional packaging company to create a package to protect the flag from most kinds of reasonable shipping bumps and bruises. Having said that, we know “things happen”! If you have a problem with your flag, contact us to discuss the issue and we will work together to determine the best course of action. We love our product and want you to feel the same way!

Regarding Flag Powder Coat Finish

Powder coat paint finish is a very durable finish. However, it is normal for a powder coat finish to have minor blemishes, it will not be perfectly smooth and glossy like a new automobile paint finish. So expect tiny bumps in the finish, like a grain of sand, and expect minor superficial abrasions that will be visible upon close inspection and with lighting at certain angles. Having said all of that, standing a few feet from the flag in good lighting, the flag, as a whole, should be absolutely beautiful and have no significant distracting defects.
